" I had the most pleasant online shopping experience, extended with personal text messages that were exchanged with Jo. Jo helped me with some colour choices for my new bed spread, texting me pictures of actual products to see "true" colours. Jo was also more than happy to see what I already had to save me some money. Genuine customer service is hard to come by these days, and Granite Lane nailed it (virtually). I will be shopping online again soon and when restrictions lift and I visit my GF in Perth, I'll be taking her with me to shop at GL!! Thanks again Jo and the team at Granite Lane."
